UnPlugged is an application that notifies you when the power cord of the MacBook is unplugged or plugged back in. It also notifies you in regular steps about your batteries capacity while you run on battery or while you charge your battery.

Notifications are done either using Growl or with a built in notification window.

UnPlugged stays completely invisible while monitoring your power plug. To open UnPlugged's preferences simply open UnPlugged a second time, while it is running. From the Preferences window it is also possible to quit UnPlugged.

What's New
  • support for Growl 1.3
  • Capacity change notifications didn't appear unless an application was added to the exclude list
  • prefs didn't show the correct notification-type
  • added preference to decide if Growl should be used or not (defaults to yes)
  • UnPlugged now shows a menu item when it is running (can be disabled in the preferences)
  • improved handling for charging and discharging notification
