First released in 2008, Sublime Text excels at quick navigation, performance, and search. Sublime Text brings many features from full-powered IDEs —such as command palettes, file indexing, and auto-completion—into a lightweight, easy-to-use platform. With community-driven extensions, Sublime Text can be customized to integrate with any development workflow. Sublime Text is widely used in the development community, second only to Visual Studio Code. Here's how to get started:
- Visit Sublime Text's package marketplace. Search for the Code Time package and select Installation. You will need to install package control to install packages into Sublime Text.
- Open the Code Time view in Sublime Text. Sign up for a new account or log in to an existing account from the Getting Started view.
- Once you create an account, you can view your coding metrics. Open the dashboard to see your latest stats.
